本实验对狗颌面高速投射伤区存在损伤的小动脉、小静脉在伤后不同时间进行吻合,了解颌面火器伤区小血管早期吻合的可行性。实验发现,伤区小血管伤后早期吻合是可行的,但需在伤后3天后进行。该结果为临床运用血管化游离组织移植早期修复颌面部火器性组织缺损提供小血管吻合的依据。本文还对颌面部火器性组织缺损的修复时机及伤区血管吻合口的愈合特点进行讨论。
In this experiment, the small arteries and veins damaged by high speed projection of the maxillofacial region were anastomosed at different times after injury to understand the feasibility of early anastomosis of small vessels in maxillofacial firearm injuries. The experiment found that small wound injury in early wound anastomosis is feasible, but to be carried out after 3 days after injury. The results for the clinical application of vascularized free tissue transplantation early repair maxillofacial firearm tissue defects provide a basis for small blood vessel anastomosis. This article also discusses the timing of repair of maxillofacial firearm defects and the healing characteristics of the anastomotic anastomosis in the injured area.
