观察中药复方四金化石胶囊对实验性胆红素结石豚鼠胆汁中甘氨胆酸(GCA)、钙离子(Ca++)和游离胆红素(VCB)含量的影响,以及该药物促进受损肝、胆组织的修复作用。结果显示:该药小剂量组(110g生药/kg)可明显降低豚鼠胆汁UCB、Ca++含量,提高GCA浓度,同时,促进受损肝、胆组织修复,达到治疗胆红素结石(PS)目的。而大剂量组(320g生药/kg)对豚鼠PS未显示明显疗效,揭示该药物作用效果与剂量有关。
