目的:观察自拟滋阴方治疗阴虚火旺型儿童糖尿病的临床疗效,同时对其作用机制进行探讨。方法:随机选取2012年6月~2016年10月我院收治的儿童糖尿病患儿87例,随机分到对照组和观察组。对照组采用基础治疗加上西药常规治疗,给予患者二甲双胍片及辛伐他汀片;观察组除基础治疗及西药常规治疗之外,再加以本院自拟滋阴方,2组均以1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。比较治疗前后2组患儿FBG、2h BG、Hb A1c、CRP、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10及IFN-γ;并且记录2组患儿的血糖达标时间及发生低血糖的概率。结果:治疗后观察组的FBG、2h BG及Hb A1c的水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的CRP、IL-4及IL-10的变化程度与对照组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05);IL-2及IFN-γ的变化程度与对照组比较不明显(P>0.05)。观察组患儿血糖达标时间明显较对照组短(P<0.05),观察组患儿发生低血糖事件概率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用自拟滋阴方治疗儿童糖尿病疗效显著,具体作用途径可能与免疫调节相关。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Ziyin Recipe for treating diabetes mellitus with Yin deficiency and fire-wasting children, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: A total of 87 children with diabetes mellitus admitted from June 2012 to October 2016 in our hospital were randomly assigned to control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were given basic treatment combined with routine western medicine, metformin tablets and simvastatin tablets. In addition to the basic treatment and routine western medicine treatment, For a course of treatment, continuous treatment of 3 courses. The FBG, 2h BG, Hb A1c, CRP, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ in two groups were compared before and after treatment. The blood glucose level and the incidence of hypoglycemia in two groups were recorded. Results: After treatment, the levels of FBG, 2h BG and Hb A1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the changes of CRP, IL-4 and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05); the changes of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the observation group were not significant (P> 0.05). The observation group had significantly shorter blood glucose time (P <0.05), and the incidence of hypoglycaemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of children with self-Ziyin side effects of diabetes significantly, the specific route of action may be related to immune regulation.
