Engaged in English teaching for many years, in English teaching is often confused by a problem: Some students study very seriously, intelligence is not bad, but the results are always on. In order to solve this problem, I found out one thing in common with these students through individual understanding and student symposiums: what the teacher said, how he did it, and rarely reflected on his own learning behaviors and learning outcomes.
