杨淑光2007年担任日照市中医医院院长后,坚持临床业务与行政管理并重,带领医院走出了一条中医医院可持续发展之路。2013年获得“山东省劳动模范”荣誉称号日照市中医医院1999年1月成立,2007年,杨淑光就任院长后,作为临床医学专业出身的领头人,他提出了“突出中医特色,增强综合优势”的发展思路,团结和带领医院一班人抢抓机遇、真抓实干,走出了一条中医医院可持续发展之路,实现了业务总量、社会效益、技术效益和经济效益的同步快速提升,先后荣获“全国百姓放心示范品牌医院”、“全省中医工作先进集体”、“全省群众最满意的医疗卫生机构”、“全省医德医风示范单位”、“省级文明单位”等荣誉称号。
