一、引言在钟表齿轮滚刀设计的实际工作中,依据齿轮图纸计算各齿形尺寸的结果,其齿腰直线往往并非径向的。遇到这类问题只能用作图法进行,费时,且不够精确。经分析,非径向齿腰直线与花键齿形均属于非径向直线的共轭曲线问题。因此,依据花键滚刀齿形的形成原理来解决非径向齿腰直线共轭滚刀齿形计算问题是可行的。按本文的计算公式编制的源程序可以迅速计算出这部份滚刀齿形的代圆弧,代圆弧的最大误差值可以达到0.0025mm以下。
I. INTRODUCTION In the practical work of clock gear hob design, according to the gear drawing calculation results of the size of each tooth shape, the tooth waist line is often not radial. Encountered such problems can only be used as a chart method, time-consuming and not precise enough. The analysis shows that the non-radial tooth lobe and spline tooth are all non-radial conjugate curve problems. Therefore, it is feasible to solve the tooth profile calculation of non-radial tooth waist linear conjugate hob according to the formation principle of spline hob tooth. Calculated according to the formula of this article can quickly calculate the source of this part of the cutter tooth on behalf of the arc, the maximum error on behalf of the arc can reach 0.0025mm below.
