外伤性面瘫病人手术减压之指征有:一、立时全瘫。二、电反应异常及三、唾液试验≤25％。本文由临床及实验两方面资料说明唾液试验与电反应试验并用最好。一、唾液试验方法:口底粘膜下注射1％盐酸赛罗卡因局麻。用探针找到颌下腺导管开口,用扩张器予以扩张,再将带芯子之塑料管插入,拔出芯子。用柠檬汁棉片放口中刺激唾液分泌。两侧都检查。比较两侧每分钟唾液滴数。以正常侧滴数为100％。得出患侧百分率。
