赛内检查和赛外检查是兴奋剂检查的两种方式,是打击使用兴奋剂行为的两个有效的手段。通过比较二者的概念、实施方法、操作程序等内容,可以清楚的看到二者各自的优缺点。通过对1993～1997 年赛内、外检查结果的比较分析,可以看出这几年国家体育总局在逐步加大兴奋剂检查的力度的同时,逐渐注重赛外检查。但如何调整赛内检查和赛外检查的分布、结构,使之更科学、以及怎样使赛外检查得更有效,并进一步提高兴奋剂检查的质量,将是今后工作、研究的重点
In-game and out-of-competition inspections are two ways of doping control and are two effective means of combating doping. By comparing the two concepts, implementation methods, operating procedures and other content, you can clearly see the advantages and disadvantages of both. Through comparative analysis of the results of the examinations conducted between 1993 and 1997, it can be seen that while gradually increasing the intensity of the stimulants inspection, the State Sports General Administration has gradually paid more attention to out-of-competition examinations in recent years. However, how to adjust the distribution and structure of in-game examinations and out-of-competition examinations so as to make them more scientific and how to make the out-of-competition examinations more effective and further improve the quality of doping tests will be the focus of future work and research
