<正> 化脓性眼内炎是眼球穿通伤后的一种严重并发症,仅用药物保守治疗,因血-视网膜屏障的存在,终因炎症不能控制,而须摘除眼球。我院近年对5例严重眼内感染者,应用绍兴生产的流控式玻璃体注吸切割器,进行了切除手术,效果满意,报告如下:
