随着中国两岸四地区域经济一体化的迅速发展,中华自由贸易区迅速崛起。在对于中华自由贸易区法律模式的选择上,中国应借鉴世界区域经济一体化的成功模式,结合自身特点,构建具有中国特色的中华自由贸易区。
With the rapid development of economic integration in the four places across the Taiwan Straits, the free trade zone in China has rapidly risen. In choosing the legal model of China Free Trade Zone, China should learn from the successful model of world regional economic integration and combine with its own characteristics to build a China free trade zone with Chinese characteristics.
