郭滩水源供水工程是石油天然气总公司1991年的重点建设项目,也是河南油田有史以来最大的水源工程,该工程总投资1968.38万元,其功能是:将郭滩河水通过三眼大口井,经取水泵站、二级泵站提升后,通过(?)529×7输水管送到20.3km外的水处理厂,最后由两条(?)325×6输水管线输送到40万吨稠油处理厂.其中,位于郭滩河岸的取水泵站,原设计为圆形、半地下式结构(见图1),其内径为9.0m,外径10,6m,总高度为28.4m,在黄海高程90.5m以下全部为现浇砼,以上为砖结构,其中地面以下16.5m.井筒底板采用双层钢筋砼密封.在黄河高程85.20m处安装有两台20JD、一台16JD型深井泵.该泵站是通过六条(?)377×7虹吸管(每眼大口井有两条),将三眼内径8.0m深6.0m的大口径辐射井中的水进行虹吸收集的. The Guotan Water Source and Water Supply Project is a key construction project of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation in 1991. It is also the largest water source project in the history of the Henan Oilfield. The project has a total investment of 1968.38 million yuan. Its function is to pass the Guotan River through three big wells. The bottom plate of the wellbore is sealed with double-layer reinforced concrete. Two 20JD and one 16JD deep well pump are installed at the elevation of the Yellow River at 85.20m. The pumping station collects the water in large-diameter radiation wells with an inner diameter of 8.0m and a depth of 6.0m through six (?)377×7 siphons (two in each big well).
