目的:探讨护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。方法:在2015年3月至2016年3月选取重庆市涪陵区中医院104名基础护士,按照随机的原则平均分成观察组和对照组,对照组护士采用常规的管理模式,而观察组护士采用分层级管理模式,对比两种管理模式的效果。结果:经过不同的管理之后,观察组护士对专业理论知识的掌握、实际操作得分以及对管理方式的满意度都明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);从患者的角度来说,观察组也明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用分层级管理模式对护士进行管理能够提高护士的综合素质,提高护理工作的质量。
Objective: To explore the role of nursing staff in different levels to improve the quality of nursing management. Methods: From March 2015 to March 2016, 104 basic nurses in Fuling District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of randomization. The control group nurses adopted the conventional management mode while the observation group nurses adopted Hierarchical management mode, the effect of two management modes. Results: After different management, the observation group nurses master the professional theoretical knowledge, the actual operation scores and the satisfaction of the management methods were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); from the patient’s point of view For the observation group, it was also significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The management of nurses by the hierarchical management model can improve the overall quality of nurses and improve the quality of nursing work.
