本工作研究了多种实验条件,考核了因素水平对 Ly-CL 的基础发光、Luminol 依赖发光、PHA-Ly 的最大发光动力学谱活性动态检测和灵敏度准确性的影响。主要实验因素按4因素三水平设计,L9(3~4)优选.结果:LS 阈值Ⅰ(0.5)、PHAⅡ(500)、pH 值Ⅱ(7.6)、LuminolⅢ(10~(-4)M).临床应用研究表明:Ly-CL 活性氧自由基(OR)释放的过氧化作用与肝纤维化形成有关,化学发光有助于基础医学研究.
In this work, we studied a variety of experimental conditions and evaluated the effect of factors on the basic luminescence of Ly-CL, Luminol-dependent luminescence, dynamic detection of maximal luminescence kinetic activity and sensitivity accuracy of PHA-Ly. The main experimental factors were designed according to 4 factors and 3 levels, and L9 (3 ~ 4) was chosen.Results: LS threshold Ⅰ (0.5), PHA Ⅱ (500), pH Ⅱ (7.6) and Luminol Ⅲ (10 ~ (-4) M). Clinical studies have shown that: Peroxidation of Ly-CL reactive oxygen species (OR) release is associated with the formation of hepatic fibrosis, and chemiluminescence contributes to basic medical research.
