对乳膏液晶胶网结构的形成理论、组成要素、稳定机制及微观结构的表征进行介绍,为乳膏液晶胶网微观结构形成理论与表征的研究提供参考。检索近年来国外内乳膏液晶胶网微观结构的相关文献,结果显示此类结构的乳膏由表面活性剂、两亲性化合物和水形成,其结构分为亲水凝胶相、亲脂凝胶相、自由水相和分散相,通过偏振光显微镜和冷冻-透射电镜清晰地观察到其内部微观结构。液晶胶网理论能诠释乳膏的内部构造,从而能进一步解释乳膏稳定性机制。这种具有液晶胶网结构的乳膏运用显微技术将其表征出来,更加直观形象地观察到其内部微观结构,为以后研究这类液晶胶网结构提供了一定的参考。有序排列的液晶胶网结构比普通乳膏制剂有更好的稳定性、缓释性与保湿性等优良的物理化学性能,对于优化生产、药物活性成分的传递与释放、皮肤水合作用及其通透性,具有十分重要的意义。
