自1993年《旅游涉外饭店星级的划分及评定》国家标准GB/T14308-1993实施以来,对指导与规范旅游饭店的建设与经营,促进与国际接轨发挥了积极的作用。为了适应我国入世的需要,满足不断变化的市场需求,国家旅游局本着与时俱进的精神,在GB/T14308-1997修订版的基础上重新进行了修订,新修订的《旅游饭店星级的划分及评定》GB/14308-2003国家标准将于2003年12月1日起实施,以下是对2003年版与1997年版两个标准的比较分析,供参考。
