The fundamental purpose of developing students’ core literacy lies in Lideshu people, whose core lies in cultivating people with all-round development. Where are the key elements of school-based expression of core literacy? In our opinion, we should deepen the implementation of “5 + 2” quality-oriented education to cultivate students’ core literacy, which should draw abundant nutrition from the local excellent cultural soil. Constructing a school-based system of educating people, implementing curriculum development and design, developing students’ abilities in practice, shaping student’s character, cultivating students’ concept of healthy living and innovative spirit, and highlighting students’ youthful vigor.
