目的探讨部分肿瘤相关分子标志物免疫组织化学的表达与结直肠癌淋巴结转移的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测65例结直肠癌手术标本Ki-67、p53的表达情况,对照手术所见和手术标本的病理检查结果,研究这些肿瘤相关分子标志物与肿瘤的生物学特性如浸润和淋巴结转移等的关系。结果65例结直肠癌手术标本Ki-67、p53免疫组织化学的表达与肿瘤肠壁浸润深度无明显相关性(P>0.05)。Ki-67的表达及Ki-67标记指数的表达与淋巴结转移及Dukes分期有明显的相关性(P<0.01);p53标记指数的表达与淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05),与Dukes分期有明显的相关性(P<0.01)。结论作为反应细胞增殖活性的肿瘤相关分子标志物Ki-67,其免疫组织化学的表达程度可间接反映结直肠癌淋巴结转移状况,可能成为反映淋巴结转移的一个标志物。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the immunohistochemical expression of some tumor-associated molecular markers and lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of Ki-67 and p53 in 65 colorectal cancer specimens. The pathological findings of the surgical specimens and surgical specimens were analyzed. The biological characteristics of these tumor-associated molecular markers such as invasion And lymph node metastasis and other relations. Results The expression of Ki-67 and p53 immunohistochemistry in 65 cases of colorectal cancer had no significant correlation with the depth of invasion of the intestinal wall (P> 0.05). The expression of Ki-67 and Ki-67 index were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage (P <0.01). The expression of p53 was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) There was a significant correlation (P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of Ki-67, a tumor-related molecular marker that reflects cell proliferation activity, can indirectly reflect the lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer and may be a marker of lymph node metastasis.
