1 问题的提出房式仓地槽通风是粮堆固定式通风的一种形式,已经广泛应用于粮堆的降水和降温。通风的效果不仅与仓内外空气状态和地槽几何尺寸等因素密切相关,而且在一定程度上还取决于空气分配器的性能。合理的空气分配器必须具备:开孔率合适,造价低廉,强度好,使用方便以及局部阻力较小等优点。目前使用的空气分配器大多开启不便,往往引起地坪的破损,不便于清扫等管理工作。铁器因强度差,易被进出库车辆及粮仓机械所损坏;钢板分配器不仅冲孔加工量大,而且难以得到30％以上的开孔率,否则将引起强度严重不足;ABS工程塑料分配器虽具有较好的性能,但造价昂贵,不易被使用单位所接受。为此,我们采用了一种夹层结构的分配器,经使用,基本上克服了其它分配器的缺点。
1 PROBLEM PROBLEMS Ventilation in room-type storehouses is a form of fixed ventilation of grain piles. It has been widely used in precipitation and cooling of grain piles. Reasonable air distributor must have: opening rate is appropriate, low cost, good strength, easy to use, and the advantages of smaller local resistance. Most of the current use of air distributor open inconvenience, often causing the floor damage, not easy to clean and other management work. Iron because of poor strength, easy to get into and out of warehouses and granaries machinery damage; not only punching steel plate processing capacity, and difficult to get more than 30% of the hole rate, otherwise it will cause serious lack of strength; ABS plastic distributor Although it has better performance, but the cost is expensive, not easily accepted by the user. To this end, we have adopted a sandwich type dispenser which, when used, substantially overcomes the disadvantages of other dispensers.
