目的了解海口市蟑螂种类、密度、季节消长情况,为海口市的蟑螂防治提供科学依据。方法采用粘捕法分别在居民住宅、餐饮、宾馆、农贸市场和医院等不同环境中进行蟑螂种群分布、密度、季节消长情况调查。结果海口市蟑螂种群有德国小蠊、美洲大蠊、澳洲大蠊和斑蠊,其中德国小蠊为海口市的优势种群。海口市区蟑螂密度较高[1],全年平均达到2.76只/张,栖息场所蟑螂密度以餐饮业密度最高,达5.86只/张,宾馆次之,达3.26只/张,农贸市场、医院和居民较低,分别为1.16只/张、0.55只/张、0.34只/张。蟑螂一年四季均有活动,8月份蟑螂密度最高,1月份蟑螂密度最低。结论海口市蟑螂种群发生了明显变化,尤其是德国小蠊侵害严重,应加强蟑螂密度和抗药性等监测,根据监测结果,及时预警预报,提出科学合理的防治措施。
Objective To understand the species, density and seasonal fluctuation of cockroaches in Haikou and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cockroaches in Haikou. Methods Adopt sticky catching method to investigate the population distribution, density and seasonal fluctuation of cockroaches in different environments, such as residential buildings, restaurants, hotels, farmers’ markets and hospitals. Results The cockroach population in Haikou was German cockroach, American cockroach, Australian cockroach and cockroach, of which German cockroach was the dominant species. The density of cockroaches in Haikou urban area is high [1], and the average annual number of cockroaches is 2.76 / piece. The density of cockroach in habitat is the highest in catering industry, reaching 5.86 pieces / piece, followed by the hotel, reaching 3.26 pieces / piece, farmer’s market, hospital And residents were lower, respectively 1.16 / Zhang, 0.55 / Zhang, 0.34 / Zhang. Cockroaches are active throughout the year, the highest density of cockroaches in August, the lowest density of cockroaches in January. Conclusion The population of cockroaches in Haikou City has changed obviously. Especially, the invasion of Blattella germanica is serious. The density and drug resistance of cockroaches should be strengthened. Based on the monitoring results, the cockroach population should be timely forewarning and forecast, and scientific and reasonable measures should be taken.
