在非物质文化遗产日益面临威胁的形势下,本文提出利用旅游业和知识产权对非物质文化遗产进行保护与开发。通过借鉴国外非物质文化遗产旅游开发经验,提出非物质文化遗产旅游产品开发形式,针对不同形式的非物质文化遗产旅游产品,提出相应的知识产权保护模式,最后从制度、财政、科技三个方面提出了非物质文化遗产旅游产品的保护与开发的对策。 Under the situation that the intangible cultural heritage is increasingly threatened, this paper proposes the use of tourism and intellectual property to protect and develop intangible cultural heritage.
