Cleveland, Mass., Architects, Inc. and Plastics, General Electric Company, Pittsford, Mass., have been working together since 1988 on plastic aggregates that can replace ordinary mineral aggregates in a conglomerate. After experimenting with several plastics, they found one of the most promising engineering thermoplastics.
