制备不同Bi2O3、TeO2含量的Bi-Te系无铅玻璃粉,将制备的各组玻璃粉、银粉、有机载体等按相同配方配制正银浆料,通过丝网印刷、烧结工艺制作硅太阳电池正银电极,研究玻璃成分对正银电极性能的影响.通过热重-差热法(TGA-DSC)分析正银浆料在热处理过程中发生的化学反应,首次提出Bi-Te正银浆料在610℃附近发生吸热反应并有失重产生,该反应直接影响银/硅接触面处银微晶的形成.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析电池烧结后正银栅线和银/硅接触面的微观结构.“,”The Bi-Te lead-free glass powder with different content of Bi2O3 and TeO2was prepared.The glass powder,silver powder,organic carrier and so on were used to prepare the front-side silver paste according to the same recipe,then the front-side silver electrodes of silicon solar cells were fabricated through screen printing and sintering processes.The effect of the glass composition on the performance of the front-side silver electrode was studied.Thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry (TGA-DSC) method were used to analyze the chemical reaction happened for front-side silver paste during the thermal treatment process,the Bi-Te front-side silver paste would lose weight and have endothermal reaction around 610℃ were found for the first time,which would directly affects the formation of Ag crystallites at the Ag-Si interface.The Scan Electron Microscopy (SEM) was used to study the microstructures of frontside silver electrodes and Ag-Si contact surface after sintering of the cells.
