一则“日本发展救灾食品产业”的新闻引起了我的关注。1995年日本阪神大地震发生后,遇到了无法充分供应食品的困难,此后,拥有超过1000家食品企业的新潟县开始发展救灾食品;2004年10月的新潟县中越地震和12007年7月的新潟县中越海域地震后,新潟县救灾食品的研究和生产更加活跃,为日本在灾害发生时保证食品供应做出了巨大贡献。
A news of Japan’s development of relief food industry attracted my attention. Since 1995, when the Great Hanshin Earthquake hit Japan, they encountered difficulties in supplying food in an unpredictable manner.
