糖尿病患者致残、致死、影响生活质量的主要因素是血管并发症。高血糖引起的大量ROS使血管内皮细胞线粒体DNA氧化损伤,活性氧簇攻击DNA所产生的8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸可作为检测DNA氧化损伤程度的标志。而糖尿病及其血管并发症的体液、尿液中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸均有升高。8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸升高水平与DNA氧化损伤程度呈正相关,临床医师通过检测8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸水平可作为观察糖尿病患者的病情、制订、调整治疗方案和估计预后的重要依据。
Disability and death of diabetic patients, the main factor affecting the quality of life is vascular complications. Hyperglycemia caused by a large number of ROS to vascular endothelial mitochondrial DNA oxidative damage, reactive oxygen species attack DNA generated by 8-hydroxy-2’-deoxyguanosine can be used as a marker of DNA oxidative damage. Diabetes and its vascular complications of body fluids, urine, 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine increased. Elevated levels of 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine are positively correlated with the degree of DNA oxidative damage. Clinicians can observe the level of 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine as an indicator of diabetic patients, and formulate and adjust treatment regimens and predict prognosis.
