改革开放以来,我国文化市场日益发展壮大,文化产品逐步进入流通领域,并以货币交换的形式显示其自身价值。但人口数占全国总数80%,地域面积占国土面积90%以上的农村文化大市场,却显得发育不健全,文化产品不丰富,服务项目不完善。开发利用农村文化资源,不仅是迈向文化产业的基础,也是启动农村文化市场的关键,更是繁荣农村文化的举措。只有依靠资源,发挥优势,深度开发,综合利用,面对市场,把文化资源转化为文化产品,才能为农村文化的生存和发展找到一个空间和立点。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s cultural market has grown in strength and growth. Cultural products have gradually entered the circulation field and have shown their own value in the form of currency exchange. However, the large rural cultural market, which has a population of 80% of the total number of the country and a geographical area of more than 90% of the total land area, does not seem to develop soundly. Cultural products are not rich and services are imperfect. The development and utilization of rural cultural resources are not only the basis for the development of the cultural industry, but also the key to launching the rural cultural market and the measure of prospering rural culture. Only by relying on resources, giving full play to advantages, developing in depth, utilizing comprehensively, facing the market and turning cultural resources into cultural products can we find a space and a place for the survival and development of rural culture.
