茧丝绸是东台市特色“龙型”经济,缫丝行业是东台市茧丝绸行业的基础。1995年,首次出现了全行业的亏损。今年以来,13个乡镇级缫丝厂有11个缫丝厂相继陷入停产、半停产状态,出现了继1995年以来的第二次低谷,并尤为严峻和突出。面对这严峻的形势,东台市乡镇缫丝行业何以走出困境?又如何带动信用社信贷资产存量的盘活。为此,今年5月份,我们对东台市乡镇级13个缫丝厂进行了调查。
Silk is the characteristic “Long-type” economy of Dongtai City. The silk reeling industry is the basis of the silk industry in Dongtai City. In 1995, for the first time there was a loss in the entire industry. Since the beginning of this year, 11 reeling factories in the township-level silk reeling factories have successively stopped production and semi-discontinued production. The second trough since 1995 has appeared and is particularly grave and outstanding. Faced with this grim situation, why did the Dongtai township reeling industry get out of the predicament and how can it stimulate the credit assets of the credit cooperatives to be livelihood? To this end, in May of this year, we investigated 13 township-level reeling factories in Dongtai.
