目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定维生素A含量的不确定度分析方法。方法:分析来自于各溶液配制过程和仪器测定过程的各种不确定度影响因素并对其进行评估。结果:计算各变量的不确定度,由此计算合成不确定度,最终给出测定结果的相对扩展不确定度为0.017%。结论:建立的不确定度分析方法用于维生素A含量测定结果的评估,同时也适用于紫外-可见分光光度法含量测定的不确定评估。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an uncertainty analysis method for the determination of vitamin A content by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Methods: The factors influencing the various uncertainties arising from the process of preparation of each solution and the determination of the instrument were analyzed and evaluated. Results: The uncertainty of each variable was calculated, and the composite uncertainty was calculated. Finally, the relative expanded uncertainty of the measurement results was 0.017%. Conclusion: The established uncertainty analysis method is used to evaluate the results of determination of vitamin A content, and is also suitable for the uncertainty assessment of the content determination of UV - visible spectrophotometry.
