窑炉是玻璃工业生产中的关键设备,玻璃配合料要在窑炉中进行复杂的物理化学反应,鼓后在大约1550℃的高温下熔制成质量合格的玻璃液被送往成型工序。窑炉的各项热工参数,如窑炉温度、炉膛压力、玻璃液面、燃油/空气配比、火焰换向等都直接影响窑炉的熔化率及制品的质量。同时,窑炉还是最主要的耗能设备,其消耗大约占全厂能耗的2/3以上。因此,对窑炉热工参数进行精确的控制,使之保持在最佳数值,保证燃烧和熔化处于最好工艺状态,是一个十分重要的课题。
