目的探讨葡萄糖调节受损及糖尿病患者周围神经病早期诊断。方法葡萄糖调节受损组、糖尿病组和正常对照3组的四肢皮肤交感反射和神经传导速度检测情况进行比较。结果 25例葡萄糖调节受损患者,四肢皮肤交感反射异常15例,四肢神经传导速度异常7例,两项均异常7例,两项均正常10例;30例糖尿病患者,四肢皮肤交感反射异常18例,四肢神经传导速度异常16例,两项均异常15例,两项均正常12例;30例正常对照,四肢皮肤交感反射异常3例,四肢神经传导速度异常4例,两项均异常1例,两项均正常16例。结论应用皮肤交感反射和神经传导速度联合检查能早期诊断周围神经病,以便干预治疗。
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis of impaired glucose regulation and peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients. Methods The skin sympathetic reflexes and nerve conduction velocity were compared between the three groups of impaired glucose regulation group, diabetic group and normal control group. Results Twenty-five patients with impaired glucose regulation, 15 cases of sympathetic reflex of limbs and skin, 7 cases of abnormal nerve conduction velocity of limbs, 7 cases of both abnormalities and 10 cases of normal control. 30 cases of diabetic patients, Cases, abnormal nerve conduction velocity in 16 cases, both abnormalities in 15 cases, two were normal in 12 cases; 30 cases of normal controls, limbs and skin abnormalities in 3 cases of sympathetic abnormalities, limb nerve conduction velocity abnormalities in 4 cases, both abnormal 1 Cases, two were normal in 16 cases. Conclusion The combined application of skin sympathetic reflex and nerve conduction velocity can diagnose peripheral neuropathy early for intervention.
