商务速度对于一家企业而言,已经变得越来越重要。随便拜访一下你的客户就会发现,没有一个客户会抱怨你的反应太快,恰恰相反,所有的客户在投诉的时候都恨不得几秒钟内就得到响应。随着企业用户需求的改变,有效地减少企业或者组织中关键商务流程管理延迟的“实时技术”得到越来越多的企业的重视和应用。实时企业正在成为时下企业竞争的主流。那么,企业应该如何利用实时技术改变自己的业务模式,提高效率吸呢?第一是“标准”随着软件技术推陈出新,标准早已是软件“大旗”所向。比如互联网的技术、标准的就有 XML、WEB Services等。对于“实时技术”而言,首先也必须是标准的,在应用管理软件时就应该采用标准的管理软件。
