泵送剂能有效改善膏体料浆流动性能,然而其对膏体料浆凝结性能的影响机理尚未明确.针对这一问题,本文进行泵送剂的抗压强度试验和环境扫描电镜观察.强度试验结果表明:泵送剂可有效改善膏体料浆凝结性能,泵送剂掺量越高不同龄期的膏体凝结性越好.环境扫描电镜观察结果表明:泵送剂添加后,大尺寸絮团减少,料浆内孔隙减少,改变了膏体微观结构.基于应用计算机图像处理技术和分形理论,计算膏体微观结构计盒维数,量化分析膏体微观结构.最终对泵送剂改善膏体凝结性能的机理进行分析,认为泵送剂通过改变絮团大小和数量、孔隙率、水化反应等方面影响膏体凝结性能.
Pumping agent can effectively improve the paste slurry flow performance, but its mechanism of the paste slurry coagulation performance is not yet clear.In response to this problem, this paper conducted a compressive strength test of pumping agent and environmental scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results show that the pumping agent can effectively improve the coagulation performance of the paste, and the higher the dosage of pumping agent, the better the coagulation of the paste at different age.The results of environmental scanning electron microscopy showed that after the pumping agent was added, Reducing the flocs and reducing the porosity in the slurry, changing the microstructure of the paste.According to the application of computer image processing technology and fractal theory, calculating the box dimensions of the paste microstructure and quantitatively analyzing the microstructure of the paste.Finally, The mechanism of the coagulation performance of the paste was analyzed. The results showed that the pumping agent affected the coagulation performance of the paste by changing the size and number of flocs, porosity and hydration reaction.
