特变电工股份有限公司新疆变压器厂(以下简称“新变厂”)创业于1988年,是特变电工股份有限公司(简称“特变电工”)的全资子公司。28年来,新变厂始终将“可靠”作为核心价值观,致力于为客户创造价值、为全球能源事业提供系统解决方案、做全球信赖的服务商。工厂引入“工业4.0”理念建设世界一流的自动化、智能化工厂,在原有质量管理的基础上建立精益质量管理模式,应用质量目视化展板、不符合项报告、质量角、质量门、A3报告、8D分析等精益质量管控工具排除人为因素干扰,杜绝部门间的推诿、扯皮;通过质量十二分制、三检制等模式,鼓励员工积极参与质量管理,实现持续改善。精益质量管理的实施,让精益质量管理理念和精品意识深入员工骨髓,全力打造以“可靠、卓越”为特征的质量文化。
