设计了基于LabVIEW的窄间隙GTAW焊缝跟踪系统,系统采用“数据采集卡+PC机”模式,包括数据采集、数据处理、模糊PID控制和PWM输出等功能。通过数组的数据动态存储,有效解决了检测点超前的问题,采用生产者/消费者的用户界面时间处理器设计模式,实现了采集和同步控制输出的实时控制。结果表明,系统的跟踪精度达到了使用要求,为窄间隙GTAW焊的深入研究提供了良好的实验平台。
A narrow gap GTAW welding seam tracking system based on LabVIEW was designed. The system adopted “data acquisition card + PC” mode, including data acquisition, data processing, fuzzy PID control and PWM output. Through the dynamic storage of the array data, the problem of advanced detection points is effectively solved, and the producer / consumer user interface time processor design mode is adopted to realize the real-time control of the acquisition and synchronization control output. The results show that the tracking accuracy of the system meets the requirements of use and provides a good experimental platform for the further study of narrow gap GTAW welding.
