本文提出一种新型的弧面蜗杆——锥面双包络弧面蜗杆传动。文中导出了蜗杆、蜗轮的齿曲面方程式和啮合条件方程式,并借助电算讨论参数对接触线形状和分布的影响,从而可以实现优化设计,这些参数是砂轮直径、半锥角、砂轮轴在垂直面内的倾斜角、蜗杆喉部直径系数等。本文又导出了啮合界限线和二次接触的计算公式(限于篇幅,K_σ~(ⅠⅡ)等的计算公式从略)。通过实例计算及实验研究,证实这种蜗杆具有良好的性能。
In this paper, a new type of arc worm - cone double envelope arc worm drive. In this paper, the equations of gear surface and meshing conditions of worm and worm gear are derived and the influence of parameters on the shape and distribution of contact line can be discussed by computer. The optimal design can be achieved. These parameters are the diameter of grinding wheel, half cone angle, In-plane tilt angle, worm throat diameter coefficient. This paper also derives the calculation formula of the meshing limit line and the second contact (for the sake of space, the calculation formula of K_σ ~ (ⅠⅡ) and so on). Through example calculation and experimental research, this worm has been proved to have good performance.
