基于UG NX6.0平台,集成UG/OPEN API,UG/OPEN Menu Script,UG/OPEN UIStyler和UG/OPEN C++4个部分,利用Visual C++6.0的内部UF函数语言进行参数化建模,开发了人机交互模具参数化设计模块,实现了铝管材挤压平面分流模的CAD系统设计;采用CAD系统建模,借助MSC.Superforge对铝管材挤压过程进行优化。实例表明,采用该系统可较为方便地设计出铝合金管材平面分流组合模,且通过模拟优化的工艺参数生产的制品表面质量优良,表面光洁度和硬度基本能达到要求,尺寸精度和壁厚偏心度能得到保证。
Based on the UG NX6.0 platform, the UG / OPEN API, UG / OPEN Menu Script, UG / OPEN UIStyler and UG / OPEN C ++ are integrated into four parts and the parametric modeling is done by using the internal UF function language of Visual C ++ 6.0 , A parametric design module of human-computer interaction mold was developed, the design of CAD system of aluminum pipe extrusion plane splitter module was realized. The CAD system was used to model the extrusion process of aluminum pipe by MSC.Superforge. The example shows that the system can be more convenient to design the aluminum alloy pipe manifold splitter, and through the simulation of optimized process parameters of the product surface quality, surface finish and hardness can meet the basic requirements, dimensional accuracy and wall thickness eccentricity Can be guaranteed.
