随着建筑机械化水平的不断提高,国内工业建筑广泛采用装配式结构设计方案,在结构吊装施工专业中,历来把行车梁的校正列为重点施工工序,对钢行车梁的校正尤为突出。其理由不仅由于行车梁系统在很大程度上决定着厂房设计方案,更主要在于行车梁施工质量的高要求。长期施工实践体会到要达到规范的质量,不仅同其他吊装构件的加工质量有关,尚须综合考虑吊装方法,校正工艺,精心施工,才有可能实现目标。
With the continuous improvement of the level of construction mechanization, domestic industrial buildings are widely used in prefabricated structural design schemes. In the structural hoisting construction profession, the correction of traffic beams has historically been listed as a key construction process, and the correction of steel traffic beam is particularly prominent. The reason is not only that the traffic beam system determines the design of the plant to a large extent, but also lies in the high requirements of the construction quality of the traffic beam. The long-term construction practice realizes that to achieve the standard quality, not only relates to the processing quality of other lifting components, but also has to consider the lifting method, the correction process, and the meticulous construction in order to achieve the goal.
