采用PCR技术及ELISA法诊断贫血患儿HCMV感染,并用ELISA法检测52例贫血患儿血清中sIL-2R。结果HCMV感染组sIL-2R水平明显高于非感染组;30例HCMV感染贫血患儿sIL-2R水平与HCMV-IgM水平呈正相关,与CD+4/CD+3比值三负相关。表明HCMV感染后贫血患儿血清sIL-2R水平增高且与T细胞亚群紊乱有关,sIL-2R增高可反在宿主体内免疫抑制状态。
HCMV infection in children with anemia was detected by PCR and ELISA, and serum sIL-2R was detected by ELISA in 52 children with anemia. Results The level of sIL-2R in HCMV infection group was significantly higher than that in non-infected group. The level of sIL-2R in 30 HCMV infection anemia children was positively correlated with HCMV-IgM level and negatively correlated with the ratio of CD + 4 / CD + 3. The results showed that serum sIL-2R levels were elevated in children with anemia after HCMV infection and were related to the disorder of T cell subsets. The increase of sIL-2R could be reversed in the host immunosuppressive state.
