针对我国建筑业迅速发展及能源短缺的状况,从社会等多角度进行定性研究,并建立基于层次分析法和模糊数学的数学模型,从定量的角度构建建筑节能指标体系和节能效率评价系统对建筑节能进行综合评价分析以便准确评价建筑物的能耗状况,且使建筑节能推动模式真正运转并能蓬勃开展起来,这对促进我国建筑节能的开展和节能新技术的使用,顺应我国建筑节能实施政策具有深远的意义,理论上是对我国建筑业企业能耗问题的丰富和发展。
