评价耕地地力和提高耕地利用率有利于耕地差异化保护和精细化管理。在济源市采集的6 339个土样的基础上,以济源市土地利用现状图、济源市土壤图,济源市行政区划图、济源市水利志等资料作参考,运用GIS、GPS和计算机技术以及县域耕地资源管理信息系统3.0完成数据库的建立。耕地地力评价的参评因子通过特尔斐法确定了8项因子,各因子的权重和隶属度的计算分别使用层次分析法和模糊数学法。运用累积曲线分级法将济源市耕地地力分为五等。研究结果表明:济源市耕地地力一、二、三等地占的比例较大,分别为33.4%、22.5%和28.2%,占总耕地面积的84.1%,四等、五等地面积占耕地总面积的15.9%。济源市一至五等地分别相当于国家的二、三、四、六、七等地,该市耕地生产能力普遍得到较大提升。
Evaluating cultivated land fertility and increasing cultivated land use efficiency are favorable to differential protection and fine management of cultivated land. On the basis of 6 339 soil samples collected in Jiyuan City, with reference to the current land use status map of Jiyuan City, the soil map of Jiyuan City, the administrative zoning map of Jiyuan City and the water conservancy log of Jiyuan City, GIS, GPS and computer technology County Cultivated Land Resource Management Information System 3.0 to complete the establishment of the database. The evaluation factors of cultivated land fertility by Delphi method to determine the eight factors, the weight of each factor and membership degree calculation using the level of analysis and fuzzy mathematics. Using cumulative curve grading method, the cultivated land productivity of Jiyuan City is divided into five grades. The results show that the proportions of the first, second and third places of cultivated land productivity in Jiyuan are 33.4%, 22.5% and 28.2% respectively, accounting for 84.1% of the total cultivated land area. 15.9% of the area. Jiyuan City, one to five, respectively, equivalent to the country’s two, three, four, six, seven and other places, the city’s cultivated land productivity has been greatly improved.
