报告采用经尿道电切和气化治疗良性前列腺增生症40例，效果满意，无严重并发症，随访3～12个月均排尿通畅。认为该手术方法能扩大电切适应证，缩短手术时间，减少术中、术后出血，增加前列腺切除量和手术的安全性，有实用价值。
The report of transurethral resection and gasification in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia 40 cases, the effect is satisfactory, no serious complications, followed up for 3 to 12 months were voiding patency. It is of practical value that the surgical method can expand the indications of electrical cutting, shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, increase the amount of prostatectomy and the safety of the operation.
