多年来,我院放射科作胃肠造影时,病人服用的钡餐,是用一定量的硫酸钡加开水和少量糖浆经搅拌均匀配成的。这样的配制,因含硫酸钡浓度低、易沉淀,对检查和诊断效果都不好。我们于1979年3月经试验,开始使用红薯淀粉(俗名:粉芡,小粉)作为助悬荆,配制硫酸钡混悬液。制成品含硫酸钡浓度为120%w/v,粘度适中,流动性能好。临床使用证明,除个别病例外,作胃肠道检查和胃部双重对比造影,均能获得较清晰的影像。红薯淀粉价廉易得。试验使用其
