职业决策困难的研究是职业心理学领域比较新的研究课题。本文综述了这一概念提出10年来国内外在已有理论研究和研究工具基础上进行的一系列实证研究。针对现有研究的不足之处展望了我国在此领域的研究之路。
The study of career decision-making difficulty is a relatively new research topic in the field of occupational psychology. This article summarizes this concept and proposes a series of empirical studies based on the existing theoretical research and research tools at home and abroad in the past 10 years. In view of the inadequacies of the existing research, the research road of our country in this field is prospected.
