今日企业的经营生产活动中,强调供应链一体化,外购、外协部品在生产工具成本中所占的比例往往占到总成本的一半以或更高。供应商不单影响生产成本,更决定了企业生产产品的质量与过程的产率。如何通过有效管理和提升供应商的质量成为今日企业必须面对的挑战。本文从质量管理的角度就轨道客车企业,如何从质量源头管理供应商,实施供应商动态管理,以确保最终产品的竞争优势进行探讨,并结合长客股份公司动车组项目供应商管理的实例展开研究。对如何加强供应商质量管理和实现质量持续改进方面提出了建议。
In today’s business operations, the emphasis on supply chain integration, outsourcing, and outsourcing parts, often account for half or more of the total cost of production tools. Suppliers not only affect the cost of production, but also determine the quality of the products produced by the company and the yield of the process. How to effectively manage and improve the quality of suppliers has become the challenge companies must face today. In this paper, from the perspective of quality management, how to manage suppliers from quality sources, implement supplier dynamic management to ensure the competitive advantage of final products, and combine with the example of supplier management of EMU project the study. Suggestions are put forward on how to strengthen supplier quality management and achieve continuous improvement of quality.
