干热风是哈密地区小麦灌浆时期最重要的灾害性天气,危害轻者可使小麦减产5%左右,重则减速产20%以上.广大干部群众对干热风天气的预防和预报一直十分关切.为此,我们对哈密平原地区干热风发生概况、危害实质、最关键期、气象指标、天气预报及防御措施等进行了试验和研究,现分述于下.
Dry and hot winds are the most important and catastrophic weather during wheat filling in Hami area, with the least damage to wheat yielding about 5% and slowing down more than 20% respectively. The cadres and masses are always concerned about the prevention and forecast of dry and hot wind weather. In this regard, we conducted experiments and studies on the general situation of dry and hot winds in Hami Plain, the essence of harm, the most critical period, meteorological indicators, weather forecasts and defensive measures.
