为了检测老年人的细胞免疫功能,探讨其与癌症的患病关系,本室通过皮肤发泡试验获得人体巨噬细胞,以同位素掺入的肿瘤细胞增殖抑制试验为检测方法,对健康老年人、青壮年及老年肺癌患者巨噬细胞的细胞毒效应进行了观察比较,以探讨老年人巨噬细胞的细胞毒效应与患癌的关系。 In order to detect cellular immune function in the elderly and to explore its relationship with the disease, the human dermal macrophages were obtained from skin foaming test in this laboratory. Tumor cell proliferation inhibition test with isotope incorporation was used as a detection method. In healthy elderly, Cytotoxic effects of macrophages in young and old lung cancer patients were observed and compared to investigate the relationship between the cytotoxic effect of macrophages in the elderly and cancer.
