目的观察自拟七子补肾生精汤联合他莫昔芬片、维生素E软胶囊治疗少弱精子症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2013年6月至2014年11月在邢台不孕不育专科医院男性不育科就诊的不育症患者184例,按不同用药分为两组:治疗组92例用自拟七子补肾生精汤水煎+口服他莫昔芬、维生素E口服;对照组92例用五子衍宗丸+他莫昔芬、维生素E口服。疗程均为3个月,观察治疗前后两组患者精液参数及疗效。结果经过3个月治疗,治疗组患者精子浓度[(36.81±4.26)m L]、精子活力[PR值(50.63±5.73)%]较治疗前[(8.57±4.51)m L、(24.92±3.76)%]显著提高(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后精子浓度[(18.43±5.12)m L]、精子活力[PR值(36.23±4.04)%]较治疗前[(8.29±4.85)m L、(22.15±4.82)%]也有提高(P<0.05),但治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗中未发生明显不良反应。结论补肾生精汤联合他莫昔芬、维生素E治疗少弱精子症的疗效显著且安全性良好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qizi Bushen Shengjing Decoction combined with tamoxifen tablets and vitamin E soft capsule in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia. Methods 184 patients with infertility treated in Xingtai Infertility Specialist Hospital from June 2013 to November 2014 were divided into two groups according to different medication: 92 cases in treatment group Decoction decoction + oral tamoxifen, vitamin E orally; 92 cases of Wuzi Yanzong pill + tamoxifen, vitamin E oral. The course of treatment was 3 months, observed before and after treatment in both groups of patients semen parameters and efficacy. Results After 3 months of treatment, the sperm concentration in the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment [(36.81 ± 4.26) m L] and sperm motility [PR (50.63 ± 5.73)% vs [8.57 ± 4.51] m L and (24.92 ± 3.76 ) (P <0.05). The sperm concentration of the control group [(18.43 ± 5.12) m L] and sperm motility [PR value of 36.23 ± 4.04%] were significantly higher than those before treatment [(8.29 ± 4.85) m L, (22.15 ± 4.82)%] also increased (P <0.05), but the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Bushen Shengjing Decoction combined with tamoxifen, vitamin E treatment of oligoasthenospermia significant effect and good safety.
