干部平职调整是干部选拔任用工作的重要组成部分,也是加强干部队伍建设的一项经常性工作。规范干部平职调整对于整体推进干部工作科学化、民主化、制度化进程具有重要意义。宿迁三届市委通过干部平职调整这一杠杆,有效撬动了全市干部队伍干事创业的激情和活力,为实现宿迁更大突破提供了强有力的组织保证。
The cadres’ equal-level adjustment is an important part of the work of selecting and appointing cadres. It is also a regular task of strengthening the cadre contingent building. It is of great significance to standardize the adjustment of cadres’ work in an all-round way to promote the scientific, democratization and institutionalization of cadre work as a whole. Through the cadres’ mediation and adjustment of this lever, the three municipal Party committees of Suqian effectively mobilized the enthusiasm and vitality of the pioneering work of cadres in the city’s cadres and provided a strong guarantee for the realization of a bigger breakthrough in Suqian.
