同志们,今天,中央电大和湖北电大、湖南电大、北京电大、武汉电大以及天津电大、上海电大、江苏电大、辽宁电大、甘肃电大、四川电大的有关人员会聚华中重镇武汉,举行“电大教育质量和投资效益评估部署、培训工作会议”。 电大教育质量和投资效益评估是由国家哲学、社会科学基金会资助,由中央电大承担的“七、五”国家重点科研项目中的一个重要课题。该课题的总目标是:对全国电大办学11年来的大专学历教育质量和教育投资的总体效益和结构进行全面的、系统的、定量的评估,总结经验,揭露矛盾,揭示规律,从而改进教学,完善管理,以高质量和高效益求得电大在90年代的发展,进一步确立广播电视教育在我国高等教育体系中应有的战略地位。
