随着科学技术的迅猛发展,知识经济正在深刻的影响着人们的生活和社会的发展。在知识经济背景下,电力企业之间的竞争日益加剧,电力企业必须对人力资源管理策略进行创新,制定科学的符合时代特征和企业发展需求的人力管理方案,为电力企业的发展提供良好的人力资源支持。基于此,本文首先分析了电力企业人力资源管理的现状,然后分析了知识经济对电力企业人力资源管理提出的要求,最后提出了知识经济背景下电力企业人力资源管理的对策和措施。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the knowledge economy is profoundly affecting people’s life and social development. Under the background of knowledge economy, the competition among power companies is getting more and more serious. The power enterprises must make innovations in human resources management strategies and formulate a scientific manpower management plan in line with the characteristics of the times and the development needs of enterprises so as to provide good manpower for the development of power enterprises Resource support. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the present situation of human resource management in electric power enterprises, and then analyzes the requirements of knowledge economy on human resource management of electric power enterprises. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures and measures of human resource management in electric power enterprises under the background of knowledge economy.
