美国佐治亚州通过设立州立学前教育项目来普及学前教育。为了保障质量,该州设立了专门的管理机构,并建立了包括环境、课程、儿童评估和项目评估四大板块的质量保障体系。在我国推进学前教育普及的过程中,佐治亚州立学前教育项目质量体障体系给我们的启示是:以政府为主导,整体规划学前教育质量保障体系;注重合作,建立多方参与的学前教育质量保障体系;明确目的,建立可持续发展的质量保障体系。
Georgia, the United States, promotes pre-primary education by establishing state pre-school programs. In order to ensure the quality, the state has set up a special management institution and established a quality assurance system that includes the four sections of environment, curriculum, children’s assessment and project evaluation.
